A Bit About Me

Rusty Williams was born and raised in North Texas, where he cultivated his strong work ethic and family values. After graduating from Seymour High School, he made the pivotal move to Wichita Falls in 1995. It was there that he began his career with the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank, initially taking on a role that would lead him to become the Warehouse Manager.

1995 was a transformative year for Rusty in more ways than one; he also became a father, embracing the challenges of single parenthood with resilience and determination. Through the trials of raising his son on his own, Rusty developed a deep relationship with God and Jesus, finding strength and guidance in his faith.

Rusty’s dedication to his family and work is evident in his professional journey. He returned to the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank in 2009, advancing to the position of Operations Director. His commitment to serving the community has been a hallmark of his career, and he takes great pride in making a difference in the lives of others.

One of Rusty's proudest achievements is raising a fine young man who has graduated high school and is now pursuing his dream of obtaining a commercial pilot’s license after receiving his private pilot’s license. Today, Rusty is a devoted family man. He is a loving husband to his wife and an incredible father to his 12-year-old daughter. His life story is one of perseverance, faith, and an unwavering commitment to family and community.
