NUTRITION EDUCATION SERVICES

FOOD SMARTS

  • KIDS: 5 or 6 session series

  • ADULTS: 4, 5, or 6 Session series

  • 60 or 90 minute sessions

  • virtual delivery available

Our most flexible program. Learner-centered nutrition and cooking curriculum to help participants feel competent preparing easy, nutrition meals using trauma-informed principles and following the most recent dietary guidelines.

AROUND THE TABLE

  • teens and young adults, age 14 to 21

  • 6 session series

  • 90 minute sessions

​

Participants will be empowered with hands-on cooking, facilitated conversations, and interactive activities to build healthy connections to food, self, and community.

 

AROUND THE TABLE: NOURISHING Families

  • adult caregivers

  • 6 session series

  • 90 minute sessions

​

Participants will be empowered with hands-on cooking, facilitated conversations, and interactive activities to learn holististic skills to care for their family’s nutritioinal well-being while build healthy connections.

​

EAT SMART, LIVE STRONG

  • adults age 60+

  • 4 sessions

  • 60 minute sessions

​

Participants will learn strategies to increase fruit and vegetable intake and physical activity.

​
